The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47(a) and 47(f) of Excise Act.

80 liters country made liquor numbering 400 of sachet of 200 ml each were recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for more than one and half months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Excise Case No. 01 of 2015.
