JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 31-01-2019 In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.10.2018 passed by the learned Special Judge in Chandi P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018 whereby he has rejected the application of the petitioner preferred under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for release of the motor-cycle bearing registration No. BR-01DP-5075, which was seized in connection with the aforestated police case.

2. Since the petitioner has statutory remedy of revision under the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order impugned

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.197 of 2019 dt.31-01-2019 2/2 and the same having not availed of, I am not inclined to entertain this application in extraordinary writ jurisdiction.
