The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 394, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., when the petitioner was coming from the market along with Rs.6.45 lacs in cash, the accused persons snatched his money and on protest by him, he was shot by one of them.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against four unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Vikash Kumar made before the police. No

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12377 of 2021(3) dt.30-07-2021 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He has not been put on T.I. Parade inspite of being in custody since 19.8.2020.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner together with the petitioner not having been put on T.I. Parade inspite of being in custody since 19.8.2020, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case no. 341 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st , Supaul.
