NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that although he has received all his retiral benefits but only GIC with 12.5% compound interest has not been paid. He had earlier moved this Court for payment of GIC and arrears of salary for certain periods and which was disposed of with a direction to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor, L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga. There is no pleading whether a representation was filed by the petitioner for his claim after disposal of the earlier writ application.

However, considering the nature of claim as made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1614 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner file a fresh representation regarding his claims as made in the writ application which will be disposed of the respondent no.2, the Registrar, L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are in admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order through registered post.
