Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.10.2014 on the accusation that one country made pistol and seven cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession but according to first information report itself, the seized arms and cartridges were handed over to the petitioner by co-accused Ajit Kumar. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh
