The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 498A, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail but his bail bond was cancelled and petitioner was taken into custody on 14.12.2014. It is submitted that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 1992 after eighteen years of marriage the wife of the petitioner lodged the case.

Considering the facts and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for two and half months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on
