====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 337, 504, 379, 427, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons came at the door of the informant and started abusing him and when the informant forbade them, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13591 of 2021(3) dt.20-06-2022 2/3 iron rod on his head and when other family members came to his rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. The accused persons also snatched silver chain worth Rs. 10,000/- of the informant's wife. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and the informant are agnates and for a petty dispute, this accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. For the alleged occurrence of 20.03.2020, the F.I.R was registered on 25.03.2020. There is no accusation of repetition of blow. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara,
