Patna High Court CWJC No.1985 of 2023(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 loan amount. No objections have been filed by the petitioners to the notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act. No one appears for the respondent -Bank.

Taking note of the facts as noticed above, it is directed that the petitioners will file detailed objections to the notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, and the respondent -Bank shall pass a speaking order on the said objection. However, before passing the speaking order, the respondent - Bank shall be restrained from taking any further action. The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
