JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, the informant returned to his home on the next day of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except one case i.e Barauni ( F.C.I.) P.S.Case No. 299 of 2014.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S.Case No. 116 of 2014.
