The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 284 of 2020 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has already deposited all agreed/due amount of loan of Punjab National Bank, as stated in paragraph no.2 to the supplementary affidavit. Now there is no dispute regarding loan in between the parties and no dues certificate has been issued, as contained in Annexure-A/6 series to the supplementary affidavit.
