The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For commanding the state respondents to inquire into the appointment of private respondent no. 06 on the post of Asha facilitator in primary Health Centre Ander by utilizing fake and forged intermediate certificate.

(B) For commanding the state respondents to remove the respondents no. 6 from the post of Asha facilitator and recover the amount received by her

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
