2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite direction given by S.D.O., Patna Sadar with reference to compliance of order dated 28.11.2015 passed in Case No.20/14 (Shakuntala Devi Vs. Sunil Kumar Singh & Ors.) under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, no compliance has been made by the authorities till date. Learned counsel also submits that this case may be disposed of
Patna High Court CWJC No.4223 of 2017(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 with direction to concerned Authority for proper compliance of the said order dated 28.11.2015.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction to S.D.O., Patna Sadar (Respondent No.5) to take proper steps in accordance with law for compliance of the order dated 28.11.2015 in the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within four months.
