The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with his colleagues cheated the people in the name of providing loans and dealership of different companies. It is further alleged that on searching the house of the petitioner, several Aadhar cards, vehicle registration cards, Driving licence, PAN Card, Smart Card, Voter Card, Debit Car etc. were found.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. During investigation, no

Not a single incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather the recovered articles belong to the petitioner. There is no complain made by public for any kind of fraud made by the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 07.11.2022. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Shekhopur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.
