JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners were arrested in course of investigation and made their confessional statement and from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that the investigating officer submitted charge sheet against the petitioners only on the basis of their so-called confessional statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released
