JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 321 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

There is allegation against the petitioner that marriage took place on 23.2.2015 and on 28.6.2016 the daughter of the informant was done to death in her sasural for non fulfillment of demand of dowry. The post mortem report shows that death occurred on account of Asphyxia as a result of hanging.

The learned Sessions Judge has mentioned that the trial has begun and mother and brother of the deceased have

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
