Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report of the learned trial Judge dated 20.02.2019, reveals that charges were framed on 22.06.2018, however, no prosecution witnesses have turned up till now. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2017.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he and other family members committed dowry death of the wife of the petitioner.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 26.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62012 of 2017. However, the trial court was directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 173 of 2018 arising out of Sigori Police Station Case No. 40 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
