The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner one stolen Yamaha motorcycle was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle in question is registered in the name of Rahul Kumar Singh from whom the petitioner has purchased. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
