ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No.42 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 326, 438, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Considering the fact that there is no specific material in the case diary against this petitioner; rather one of the agnates of the family of the deceased has stated that in the morning, accused Pramod Kumar Verma had come to Areraj

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14137 of 2015 (5) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 along with his son Gaurav Kumar Verma and thereafter there was some fight between the deceased and these two persons, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Govindganj P.S.
