The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 739 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B), 26, 25(ix) of the Arms Act and Section 66 of the IT Act. 3.

Prosecution case in short is that one video went viral on social media with firearms and on investigation, one

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Name of the petitioner has sprung in this case by one Satyam Kumar, who has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 20-12-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81333 of 2024. It is submitted that petitioner was not seen in the viral video. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in paragraph No.3 of the bail application. No arms is recovered from the petitioner's possession. Other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05-12-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82395 of 2024.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 6.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the
