JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused persons, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail custody since 04-10-2014 but uptill now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
