The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 342, 323, 354, 354A/506 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner was eve teasing the informant and also caught her hand. Petitioner is in jail since 27.12.2014.

Considering the fact and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about two months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, West Muzaffarpur in Kanti P.S.
