JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, prays for appointment on appropriate post in place of his uncle who has retired. In support of the said contention, the petitioner relies upon a letter bearing no. 11287 issued by the Home Police Department, Government of Bihar dated 20.12.1995.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the letter dated 20.12.1995, the petitioner would be submitting a representation before the concerned authority and he
Patna High Court CWJC No.1001 of 2018 (2) dt.23-01-2018 2/2 be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time.
Accordingly, it is directed that in case, the petitioner files a representation before the concerned authority within two weeks from today, the concerned authority may consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
