This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.121 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.. Recovery of one country-made pistol and cartridges from the petitioner and apart from that he is accused in one more case of similar nature.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been implicated at the instance of the police and he is in custody since 10.3.2019 . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Havin2020g heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge has been
