Petitioner is not named in the first information report and for first time the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and subsequent thereto, two witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and others near the place of occurrence. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 10.08. 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
