Petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt before the police and also identified by the witnesses during the course of investigation. The petitioner was not put on T.I.P. and charge sheet is submitted against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 27.10.2014. having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
