This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Telhara P.S. Case No. 144 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have an active participant in the murder of a physically handicapped boy. During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the murder. Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
