The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 498(A), 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

It appears that the petitioner being the husband is in jail since 18.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for five months.
