The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 322 of 2020 registered under Sections 384, 323 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. In the instant case, complaint case is lodged after lapse of one month of the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.12687 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 322 of 2020 (Parsa P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
