JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner, Chandrika Ram, Kapil Ram and Baban Ram resorted to fire on the informant as a result of which he received injuries on the temporal region and left side of the chest.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that four persons alleged to have fired but informant received only two injuries. Moreover the petitioner has filed a case against the informant at earlier point of time. Considering the fact that accusation of firing is against four persons but only two injuries have been found by the doctor, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5991 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Assaon P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014.
