The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Md. Mursallim developed illicit relation with her daughter Amina Khatoon and on 25.112006 Bibi Domni and Bibi Quresha took her daughter and since then Amina Khatoon is traceless. Informant alleged that all the accused persons have killed her daughter. It is submitted that Md. Mursallim has already been enlarged on bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 33970 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing as Md. Mursallim is said to have developed illicit relation with the deceased.
