Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-354, 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section-8 of the POSCO Act.

Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 17-052016 on the accusation that being Director of school, he having caught the hand of informant, dragged her with mala fide intention.

Submission on behalf of petitioner is that two sisters of informant, are teachers in the school of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, the present case has been brought by the informant at the behest of her sisters as there was some dispute between the

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.
