The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The informant intercepted a truck, bearing registration no. BR-01GB-8507 from which different brands of Urea were seized.

It is submitted that the petitioners are the driver and cleaner of the truck. The owner of Urea is Piku Sharma and the owner of the truck is Rajesh Singh. The petitioners were only carrying fertilizer on the order of their owner. The petitioners are in jail since 03.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5966 of 2015 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015.
