After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, appellant is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law, especially considering the fact that some of the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
