The petitioner is an accused in a case for the offence registered under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that the son-in-law of the petitioner was found dead inside his house.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, this is a case of suicide and as such, the offence cannot be attributed to this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the State however, submits
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5847 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 that the body of the victim was found in a sack inside the house of the petitioner and all family members were found absconding at the time of recovery of the dead body. Considering the materials found in the case dairy, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the same is rejected.
