2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2016 in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. Having regard to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger dated 18.05.2016 directing the trial of the case to be expedited and if the same was not concluded within six month of the petitioner's custody, he was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The bail petition stands disposed. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the court of the learned Sessions Judge for appropriate relief which should be considered and disposed of on its own merit. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
