Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.11.2014 in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the injured sustained simple injury and there is a case and counter case between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail of furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014.
