Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (Cahkiya) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019 registered under sections 353, 307, 379, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
