Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 registered under sections 376, 354A, 354B, 354C, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The parties were in friendship and even after marriage the friendship continued. Petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.250 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Hilsa in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019.
