2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 24.11.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cumSpecial Judge, Siwan in connection with A.B.P. No. 2486 of 2023 arising out of Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 342, 325, 307, 332, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.

3. As per the F.I.R., on the instigation of this appellant, all

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.214 of 2024(4) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 the F.I.R. named accused persons brutally assaulted police personnel, as a result of which some of police personnel sustained injuries.

4. Considering the accusation, the prayer for bail of the appellant is rejected.
