The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C stated that petitioner solemnized his court marriage with her forcibly and thereafter, she remained in the house of the petitioner from 18.9.2014 to 10.10.2014.

Considering the aforesaid statement of the victim as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Kumari Vijaya, Judicial Magistrate, and Ist Class, Gaya /concerned court in Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case no. 119/2014.
