JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 3.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 9261 of 2017 and again vide order dated 12.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 31012 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial has not been concluded and petitioner is in custody for more than one year.

Heard learned APP and perused the report, from which it appears that two witnesses have been examined and learned court has sought six months more time to conclude the trial. Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
