JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 has appeared while there happens to be absence on the part of the appellants as well as remaining respondents. From previous order sheets, it is apparent that on account of non-compliance of the order having peremptory in nature instant appeal is found dismissed against respondent no.4 & 5. Furthermore, status of respondent no.6 to 9 had also been considered while fixing the appeal for hearing vide order dated 31.07.2015. From order dated 26.06.2015, it is apparent that notice was served upon the appellant to engage another counsel however gone unheeded though is found validly served upon the appellant.
