Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 353, 504, 427 & 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner in association of three unknown persons is said to have attacked on the informant, who is a doctor at Primary Health Centre, Bind, due to which he sustained injury in his left hand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place.

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the informant/ doctor has stated before the learned Court below that the petitioner was not involved in the said occurrence, which is amply clear from the impugned order. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
