Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. During investigation, it revealed that two batteries were recovered from the mechanic shop of the petitioner which was kept thereat by co-accused Dharmendra Kumar for mending purpose. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5306 of 2018 (3) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fatuha Police Station Case No. 370 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
