JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Petitioner has approached this Court for consideration of his case for posting having regard to the guideline issued by the State Government in 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from chronic disease and there is guideline of 2017 for the posting of persons suffering from chronic diseases.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.7784 of 2018(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 (Establishment), Jehanabad to take appropriate decision with regard to the posting of the petitioner in the light of the Government Order dated 10.02.2017 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
