2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2016 in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion. Surprisingly the statement of the victim himself has not been recorded and the petitioner has been named only by the informant. There are no eye witnesses for the alleged occurrence.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Lal Mohan Choudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24700 of 2016 (3) dt.19-07-2016 of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 with additional condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned and one of the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
