The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48325 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48325 of 2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner had informed this Court that the petitioner was arrested, however, the fact is that the petitioner was not arrested in connection with the present case, but he was arrested in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, whereafter he was released on bail by learned court below, he was not remanded in the present case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31267 of 2023(3) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Considering this fact, the order dated 25.04.2022 is recalled.

Officer is directed to list Cr. Misc. No. 48325 of 2021 in seriatim.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
