2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.300 of 2023 dated 20.08.2023, lodged under Sections 376 and 493 of the I.P.C. read with sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70939 of 2023 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on earlier occasion, report has been

5. Upon perusal of the report received from the trial court, it has been intimated that the trial of this case, is likely to be concluded within 5 months.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

7. With this observation, the bail application is hereby refused.
