JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2023 This is an application for quashing the order dated 22.10.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jehanabad in Sessions Trial No. 240 of 2021/59/2021 (arising out of Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 429 of 2020) by which the learned Magistrate rejected the discharge application preferred by the petitioner.

2. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner along with 15-20 unknown persons attacked the informant with iron road and Pasuli due to which he sustained grievous injury on head, hand and right leg.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the he is quite innocent, has not committed any offence and he

4. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. From reading of the F.I.R., strong prima-facie case has found against the petitioner.

6. No ground for interference is made out in this matter.
