JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 03.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the truck. The FIR was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. A statement to that effect has been made in para 13 of the petition. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7757 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sherghaty in connection with Sherghaty P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014.
